CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER-SALES SUPPORT


For any assistance issues, the Customer may contact the Seller via the contact email address or the telephone number provided on the Website. For after-sales support regarding purchased products, you can fill out the form on the Support page (https://igobaby.it/pages/contatti), indicating the relevant Order number and providing as much information as possible to facilitate assistance.



RETURNS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Product to withdraw, totally or partially, from the product purchase agreement, in accordance with current law. The Customer has fourteen (14) calendar days from the communication of withdrawal to return the Product to the Seller. After these terms, no returns will be accepted, and the withdrawal becomes ineffective.

For health and hygiene reasons, the Seller accepts returns of generic underwear (e.g., swimming briefs, panties, diapers, etc.) only if they are returned to the Seller sealed in their original packaging and visibly untouched. For these items, the Seller will not accept any returns if the packaging appears tampered with or opened after delivery. To exercise the Right of Withdrawal, the Product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, with original packaging and labels correctly affixed. Products must not be used, washed, assembled, damaged, or lost before arriving at the Seller's premises. The Customer must return the Product in the same packaging in which it was received.

and sending it via email to  assistenza@igobaby.it. The Customer will then receive a return authorization number, as well as instructions for proceeding with the return of the product, which must be shipped no later than 14 days thereafter. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer.



REFUND

Following the Customer's communication of withdrawal, the Seller will refund all payments received from the Customer, including shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase, within 14 days from the date on which the Seller was informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the contract, pursuant to art. 56 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned Product is actually received, or until the Customer demonstrates that they have returned it, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly requested by the Customer and provided that this does not entail any additional costs. The actual crediting time depends on the Customer's bank.
The direct costs of returning the Product to the Seller (return shipping) are borne by the Customer. These costs are borne by the Seller in the case of a defective, non-conforming, shipping-damaged, or incorrect product compared to the order.
The Seller reserves the right to deduct a proportional amount from the refund if the returned Product is damaged or used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, providing timely and reasoned communication to the Customer.


LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

The Products presented on the Website are covered by the legal guarantee in case of non-conformity, should it manifest within a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery, in accordance with current regulations.

The guarantee corresponds to that specified in the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) from articles 128 to 132.

The guarantee does not cover damages or defects caused by negligence, improper use, handling, assembly, installation, or use not in accordance with the instructions for use, in the case of perishable products, or those worn out by normal use, washing, or deterioration. Products repaired by personnel not authorized by the manufacturer are also excluded from the guarantee.

The Customer will lose their right to exercise the product guarantee also in case of lack of proof of purchase, in case of manipulation of the product identification number, or in case of manipulation of the guarantee data and the proof of purchase itself.

The website igobaby.it is a domain registered by IGO DISTRIBUTION Srl. This domain cannot be used without the written authorization of the owner. The content of this website, the design, source code, trademarks, names, as well as any distinctive sign, image, denomination, photographs, drawings, written text, graphics, logo, data are the exclusive property of IGO DISTRIBUTION SRL. The total or partial reproduction of the website, including through hypertext links, as well as any part of the content without the written consent of IGO DISTRIBUTION Srl, is expressly prohibited.

Also absolutely prohibited are copying, reproduction, adaptation, modification, distribution, commercialization, public communication and/or any other action that constitutes a violation of current legislation on intellectual and/or industrial property, as well as the use of the website's content without the prior written authorization of IGO DISTRIBUTION Srl.
