Purchase and Order Management

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments) and other applicable laws.

The site is dedicated to retail sales, and the products available on the Site can only be purchased by users who request delivery within Italian territory only (excluding the Vatican City State and the Republic of San Marino).

The Seller reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time, at its discretion, without the need for any prior notice. Any changes made will be effective from the date of publication on the Site and will apply only to sales concluded from that date onwards.

PRODUCT SELECTION AND PURCHASE PROCEDURE

The products presented on the Site can be purchased by selecting those of interest and placing them in the appropriate virtual shopping cart. Once the selection is complete, to purchase the Products placed in the cart, the Consumer will be invited to register on the Site or to log in (if the Consumer is already registered) in order to complete the order and finalize the contract.

Before concluding the order, the Consumer can update the list of products in the cart, remove items, and modify quantities. At this stage, they can also enter any discount codes they possess in the dedicated section.

By clicking on “PROCEED,” the Consumer will view the final order summary with final prices and any shipping costs, will be able to modify their data compared to those indicated during registration (for example, change the address where the selected Products are to be delivered, the billing address, and, optionally, a telephone number where they can be contacted for any communications relating to the purchase made) and will be able to select the chosen payment method.

Therefore, to complete the order, the Consumer must expressly approve these general terms and conditions of sale and finally, by clicking the “COMPLETE ORDER” button, will be automatically redirected to the payment page. Once the payment phase is successfully completed, the order will be considered confirmed, non-modifiable, and will therefore be definitively sent to the Seller. Simultaneously, a copy of the order will be sent to the customer at the email address indicated during the order process.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability refers to actual availability at the time the buyer places the order. However, this availability should be considered indicative and not binding for the Seller. In the event of partial or total unavailability of goods after the order has been completed, the Seller undertakes to promptly inform the buyer by e-mail. If the buyer requests cancellation of the order, thereby terminating the contract, the Seller will refund the amount paid within 14 days from the moment they became aware of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract.

PRICES, TAXES AND SHIPPING COSTS

The price of the Products is that indicated on the Site at the time the order is sent by the Consumer. Prices include standard packaging costs, VAT (if applicable) and any indirect taxes (if applicable), but do not include shipping costs, which will be expressed and quantified on the Site upon order confirmation if the amount for free shipping has not been reached. The Consumer must pay the Seller the total price, as stated in the order confirmation. Products and prices published on the site may be subject to change without notice. Before submitting the purchase order, the Customer is always invited to check the final sale price.

PRODUCT PAYMENT

Payment for purchased Products, shipping costs, and any other due amounts can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Vpay, Maestro) or via PayPal.

At no stage of payment will the Seller be able to access the Client's credit card information. The Consumer will be automatically transferred to a secure site, and credit card data will be communicated directly to the bank gateway operator, who handles payments on behalf of the Seller. The transmitted data will be sent securely, through encrypted data transfer with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system. This data is not even accessible to the Seller.
